Media libraries default library

In a multiple site setup, I have following Media libraries setup.

Site A with (library 1, library 2, library 3)
Site B (library 4)

When switching between site B and A, I want to show library 3 on default, if possible?

To show where? When a user selects an image from media libraries? Then you simply need to use URL selector instead of media selection control for you field. For URL Selector you can configure all the tabs and specify a media library to use. Here the example
