Media Files Selector does not preview svg files

I have added an editing component(Media Files Selector)with allowed extension property to allow .gif;.png;.jpg;.jpeg;.svg. It doesn't preview the svg files. If I hover over them I see the file name but that's all. How can enable this preview/to display thumbnail for svg files as well? I am using this property in a Widget.

Hi Niveditha,

The default Media Files Selector can't preview .svg files as well as Media Libraries interface, unfortunately. The only way to preview svg files is to write your own inline editor for Media Files, but this will require quite some time. As a starting point, you can use my implementation for Kentico 12 MVC (pre service pack).
