If you want to copy all the widgets of one page to another page of the same page type, you can use the "Save as template" function and then use that new template when creating another page. All the widgets and widget content will be in that new page.
If it's only one or two widgets you want to copy from one page to another, then I'm afraid you don't have that option unless you're able to extend the page builder UI to add those capabilities.
