Kentico mass emails with new recipient list each time?

Hi Everyone -

Trying to work out the early stages of a request, and not clear on where to start. The ask is to have Kentico send out company emails for various topics - that part is clear enough - but to have it so the admin can import a custom recipient list for each email. They'll be generating the list using a function outside of Kentico and it will likely have at least some differences from one email to the next. So the idea would be to have them generate an Excel file with the email list for that day and import it as needed to send out an email template from Kentico.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that in many cases these lists can be quite large, up to being company-wide releases of over 10,000 recipients.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to read up on the best way to implement this from within the system? Thank you!
