Kentico failed to load hotfix or upgrade information

Hi I am getting error on Kentico Installation Manager 7.0 when I click on Apply Hotfix/Upgrade button for any KIM site. "Failed to load hotfix or upgrade information" Please help!

Sofia, what is that you're trying to do? Are you upgrading to v8? Why are you using KIM 7?

Hi,

Do you get the error when selecting something or just on startup of the KIM application?

Are their any sites shown in the overview? And are they all correct and present? Perhaps you've (re)moved something by hand but the KIM still tries to identify it's status.

I get the error when I am clicking on 'Upgrade/Hotfix' button for any of the sites listed in KIM. I need to upgrade the software from 7.0.58 to 8.0.21. Is there a link that I can use to download the executable for this upgrade?
