Kentico Contact application is not loading since numbers of entries in table have crossed million

Hi, is it possible to load recent 10000 contacts in Kentico contact application? Right now, the number of entries in om_contact has more than a million.

Is there any other way because all of the contacts are important to us.

One of they way could be to archive table data and delete old one but users won't be able to work on them from Admin UI.

We are stuck on this for a long time now.
