Kentico Clear Cache not working- Thread being aborted

Hi All,

We are trying to clear kentico cache on kentico 11 and it doesn't complete and we get error saying thread is being aborted in event log with an error name as clear cache. It was working fine 1 month back.

Issue is in stage environment, all other environment is working fine.

Tried to dig deeper and saw that the clear cache is trying to call S3 bucket and there the thread aborted issue is coming.But still we can access S3 from stage environment and everything else works fine other that clear cache functionality.

Did you manage to figure this out. Was this a temporarily hick-up in the connection with S3?

No, issue is still there, as a work around we are restarting the application and that does clear cache.

But clear cache is still not working and needs to be fixed.

Could you share anymore details? Any custom sections or configurations relating this or S3 integration.

What does the event log say?

Few things you probably already checked, but just in case:

any changes in urls / paths that would cause a redirect - like to www or http to https

any password, MFA, IP restrictions, Port blocks added recently?
