I have had several pages not be created when running the CI.
I frequently switch branches with different stages of data set and run CI on each switch.
For the most part its worked well, but I now have some pages that aren't being created.
There are no errors when I run the CI, and the files exists in the \App_Data\CIRepository{sitename}\cms.document folder.
If I add a space to the file in notepad and then re-run the CI it picks it up. So its like the hash in the DB is seeing as unchanged.
I've not had this problem before and normally it removes the pages as I switch out of a branch and adds them back when I switch back.
I can't see any pattern with the pages that aren't working.
