Does anyone has any idea about how would you approach developing a chatbot like service within Kentico?
What are the major libraries available? I have heard some noise about LUIS and Microsoft cognitive services?
My idea would be have a user Q/A on Kentico CMS and get answers to users about the most common questions in an interactive to start off with!!
Any help will be appreciated!!
