Kentico administration(CMS administration) not working properly

I had installed kentico 8.1 on my local. I have activated it using key. It was working fine for few days(2-3). But after that when I open the Kentico administration nothing shows up. In browser console it shows access denied for some files.Buttons are not working. Screen Shot :

Kentico Folder in INETPUB has permissions :

If I change the permissions i.e. give READ permission to EVERYONE on Kentico folder in INETPUB the CMS administration starts working. Could you please suggest an appropriate solution to fix the issue.

The actual user is not IIS_IUser. It's IIS AppPool\AppPoolName (in your case, it should be IIS AppPool\localhost)

It had solved the problem at that time, but after importing a site from development environment to local setup, a new problem started happening. It wouldnt load images and other resources again. This time i had to share the Kentico folder in Inetpub IIS with "everyone" to get it to work. Can somebody please suggest what could be wrong here????
