What you want Google's "I'm Feeling Lucky" Button functionality but in the prediction results. To my knowledge does not exists OOTB. And it might take some effort to do that. Unless you are searching in a very specific subset (let say search only products) - not so sure if it's worth it. i'd rather collected user search results and to prove the point that for example 90% of your users always click the first result.
By default it gives you suggestions in text format. There is topic here You probably have to write you own service to query Lucene (not sure if it has such functionality i.e. return suggestion+some data, probably Solr can).
