Kentico 11 install failure - copying files failed

I'm trying to set up a new site using the installer but I'm hitting the below error and the installation is failing. I've used the installer previously on the same machine without issue creating kentico 11 sites.

Copying files failed. Installation failed.

Unselected modules have been deleted. Deleting unselected modules. Copying files failed. Message: Could not find file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Kentico\11.0\WebInstaller..\Bin\CMS\ThoughtWorks.QRCode.dll'. Stack Trace: at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.File.InternalCopy(String sourceFileName, String destFileName, Boolean overwrite, Boolean checkHost) at System.IO.File.Copy(String sourceFileName, String destFileName, Boolean overwrite) at Installer.InstallationManager.CopyFile(String src, String dst) at Installer.InstallationManager.<>c__DisplayClass164_1.

Did you try reinstalling the installer? Looks like you are missing some of the files.
