Integration Bus creation of SKUTreenodes and Treenodes with templates

I'm testing concepts in the integration bus and just trying to solve 2 issues

  1. If I try to create a standard TreeNode, how can I programmatically set the template ([DocumentPageTemplateConfiguration])
  2. What it the correct process to create a SKUTreeNode? as I assume you need to create the SKUInfo object prior to the SKUTreeNode, but is doesn't feel correct to save that in the PrepareInternalObject
