What is the source of the XML? A different CMS...

Since the default Kentico Import / Export features uses XML files in a .ZIP. So you could have a look at that format.

Could also have a look at the Continuous Integration module and see if you can mimic that XML format.

However both have quite the dependencies and inner rules, so if this is more that a one-time developer import I'd say contact Support/Consulting and see if they can help you.

I used Default kentico import tool kit 11.0 that accept only csv, xml, and excel file format not accept Zip format.

The import toolkit doesn't support Page Type creation. It can import Pages on types already defined in the system.

Find more info at docs.kentico.com/.../kentico-import-toolkit

You can only use a single file as the source for your import, but the file can contain the information for multiple objects. You can see an example for each data type on https://docs.kentico.com/k11/external-utilities/kentico-import-toolkit/importing-data-from-external-sources, in Step 4 - select the data

You can't easily (if at all) customize the import-toolkit. what is the source of the data? Can't you just combine the files manually over there or using a custom tool first (be it self programmed or not)?
