I created the custom payment using kentico 12 document.But I didn't get the Email id form in front end.what can i do for it?

What are you missing on what action?

The email address of the customer (?) before initiating the payment?

What development model do you use? MVC/Portal?

Is the Email you're talking about part of your checkout forms in an earlier step? If yes is the email saved in the Customer when you look in the database or admin interface?
