I am working on Kentico 9 to create the slideshow banner for my site now I am using Banner Rotator webpart by using Portal Engine. I want to select "Banner Category" in the page tab instead of design tab.
Please suggest how can I do that?

You can made a widget out of that web part and then it will be configurable on the Page tab:
