There is no direct reference or connection to geolocation service from within Kentico libraries distributed for MVC applications. You could create a service on administration side wrapping geolocation API and reach out to this service from MVC app via a request, but in my opinion this would be an overkill and with current state of geolocation DB on administration side
I would recommend using geolocation API coming with HTML 5
