How to get a Preview link

When a page is part of a workflow with an Approval step the approver receives an email with a link to preview the page, it is a wonderful link that renders the webpage as the person who edited the page, how can we get that URL outside of a workflow email?

Here is an example of what one of our URLs looks like: /cmsctx/pv/Kate/culture/en-US/wg/8c483fba-0f33-4ac5-b1a4-297cac45311e/h/f16a94c0d8d0b6c1f2382e8361ff9d058cca5b289356a58f5eae11065d6fce7d/-/cms/getdoc/9060801a-3cc5-443b-8ee1-205696de23a0/pv.aspx

Pages -> page -> Properties -> General -> Preview URL
