How to function the bizform in an effect window (like lightbox, magnific,thickbox, fancybox etc.)

Hi In my requirement i placed form on lightbox effect window(featherlight popup), but the form is losing its default functionality like watermark,validation and submit event. Can anyone please suggest how to achieve this on popup window.
