How to find site visit count for user's IP address?

How can i find user's IP address is visited the site how many times ?

Not sure how you define the IP ranges to this prefecture. But there is already a Countries Report, perhaps you can use that as a starting point.

Well technically a user isn't the same as an IP. So do you want to know this for the current visitor (perhaps use CurrentContact which can be anonymous), a logged-on user (when logged on, you know who it is), or get a complete visit-count from the current IP (which might include a complete company with 100's of different users)

Thanks for the reply. I figured out that the user is not the same as the IP address.

I want to analyze the number of site visitors in each prefecture and display it in Web Analytics or Marketing overview. Are there best practices?
