how to add avatar uploader into module

I have created a module in membership>> user>>Edit Profile (Custom). I need to add userpicture controller to it which should have an uploader .

this uploader will give chance to upload avatar for the user. I tryied it adding metafileuploder. but it is wrong. How can i do it? please give me instructions

You have to use UserAvatarID field with User Avatar Selector control.
