how solve ?????? for import products with Persian on Arabic Language?

hi. i use this method for import my products to website. but i have the other language "Persian" and the products name and description and... are in persian type. when i imported , the words change to ???????? "question mark". what should i do for fix this?

Hi there,

We are not aware of any issues with Persian languages. The link you've referenced points to some general documentation, so I am not sure how the import is performed. Nevertheless, try using our Import toolkit or write a custom script to import the products one-by-one. This will give you total control over the imported data and you can make sure the text encoding is correct.

Only if you are able to run windows apps there, so if you have remote access. But you can run it via command line as well.
