How I can save a Page in a Page Template in Kentico Xperience13

In Kentico Xperience13, when I go in the Page Template application they said we need to utilize the Page Application to make a page and save it as a Page Template. Yet, when I make a Page I don't see where I can save as a Page Template. So when I returned the Page Template application the rundown is consistently vacant.

Please use ellipsis from the top right corner in the Pages app. Here is the link to the documentation.
