how can I store my static content with statick html web part

I was wondering how can I retrieve my static content through static HTML web part e.g. /SiteCodeName/media/images/test.png ...

When I use static html web part without URL resolve I get this ~/SiteCodeName/media/images/test.png which is make sense
when I use static html web part with URL resolve I get http://SiteCodeName/media/images/test.png which is not make sense to me

I figured it's the "Excluded XHTML filter URLs" setting (in Settings\System\Output filter). If you disable this filter (with a "/" for all urls), the static html web part will show your image.
