how can i make my site responsive

How can i make my site responsive. I already created my website for desktop version. Now how can i make the site responsive for different screen sizes(Single Column-To 6 cm, Two Columns-From 6 cm to 16 cm, Three Columns(& Smart TV’s) - From 16 cm to 25 cm, Four Columns- from 25 cm).

I am a beginner in responsive design. What is the procedure to do this?

Just Read Documentation on kentico 8 and also see the concept of Bootstrap

Bootstrap documentation will show all of their classes that you can take and put into your kentico project. A lot of this can be handled in layouts of webparts as well as the content before and after of webparts.
