How can I add a Date Picker Form Component in Kentico 13?

Good Afternoon, fellow Kenticans

Can anyone here explain to me how I can go about adding a custom date picker form component for 13? I'm a front end dev with little experience working with C#/.net core so I'm a little lost on how to go about creating this from scratch. I've referenced the LearningKit repo for adding the RgbInputComponent so I was going to try to base it off of that but if anyone could assist me with this I'd really appreciate it!

Hi Bubs,

Are you developing a form component for CMS admin (so that admins can use it when configuring pages, etc.) or for the site frontend form builder (so that site visitors can use it)?
