I have a Kentico 12 setup with 1 site only, I created a global role called "Service Desk" to manage the users, and although the role is global and the user is not assigned to any site, "Service Desk" users can only manage users that are assigned to the existing site, they don't see users that are not assigned a site, and "Service Desk" users can't assign global roles to other users.
Is there a way around that or I have to customize the listing through code?
