Form builder - The properties tab is empty

Hello everyone; I'm using a Kentico v12.0.29 when I was trying to update the properties of the form component I faced the below issue.

Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined at HTMLDocument.<anonymous>  
at VM1566 form-builder.js:1

Ar you able to reproduce it, or does it happen randomly?

Does it happen with other components? Or the same component on a different location...

Could it be that you have outdated JS files? (So clear cache, different browser, etc...)

Does it happen on other instances (non production) too?
