File upload in forms

I want to create one forms 2. I have File upload, but it ask to upload file in media. I have set File settings as database and Files in system setting. I want to just upload the file as our normal ASP.net page (input file ).

  1. I have issue with calendar control. Please review above form link and provide resolution.
  2. How can i change the validation message and apply validation for email.

Please let me know the step or provide some example.

It looks like you've used file selector Kentico control, but you need file upload control instead.

Regarding calendar it is hard to tell what's wrong. I guess you've missed some js plugin that initializes actual calendar

In Form Field, i have selected field type is File. And in File Field it allowed only Upload File control. Please provide the way for simple file controller.
