Field editor - managing categories

Hello,

i created a categroy in the field editor and as mentioned in the documentation, i only had to move the new category to the right position. This is not working for me. The new category appears always at the top for the "form-tab", regardless where it's possitioned in the editor.

What i've tried so far: Cleared Cach Restarted Application

So what did i missed?

Hi Stefan, I tested this on Kentico 8.2 with page types and it is working as expected. Could you please provide more info?

  • Which version of Kentico are you using?
  • Are you using custom form layout?
  • Are you referring to Page type fields editor? (document type editor in older Kentico versions)
