Yes, but it would involve a customization of standard Kentico files which is not recommended (/CMSModules/DocumentTypes/Pages/Development/DocumentType_Edit_Documents.aspx).
What I would suggest is custom module/ui element that you add either to page types application or as a stand-alone application that renders same unigrid with columns you need.
