Error when i upgraded kentico 8.1 to 8.2

when i upgraded kentico8.1 to 8.2 i got this error but for so with version 8.1 everything works fine. and all DLL and DB files are updated to 8.2

Error is:

I use LMS TUGARU SO this control is in CMSModules \ TellOnline \ CPD \ CourseAdmin \ Controls
