Enable and disable a check box on Customer module

I added a new checkbox field on Customer Module. I want to visible this checkbox only for one specific item from COM_SKU table.How can I do this?

You can do it this way I think.

In the bottom of the field configuration there are Visibility and Enabled fields:

And you can put this macro there with your desired SKU product
