Duplicate paths in different languages

Hey I have multiple cultures in my site and some of them have the same name for some of the pages, for example: Canada, New-Zealand and USA About us page has the same name - About us. As well as banking in Portuguese and Spanish are both called Banca. It seems like because of the duplicate name Kentico is adding a (-1) to the duplicate pages. So New Zealand About-Us path is About-Us(-1).

How do I get to have the same name for pages in different cultures without the path or alias getting affected as this effecting our SEO rankings and crawls?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
