Default UI strings translation to Spanish

I´m using the MyAccount WebPart and i´m trying to translate TimeZone UI String but nothing seems to work. I have tried with the localization option adding the spanish translation and i also tried with the documentation at this url https://docs.kentico.com/display/K8/Working+with+resource+strings

That's not a resource string. The form you see is an alternative form and you can edit it in the Modules -> Membership -> Classes -> User -> Alternative forms -> Edit profile -> Fields section where you can change the Field caption for the USerTimeZoneID field or you can add there a resource string to get translated text on shared templates through multiple cultures.
