Custom Module is not available for the selected site

Hello guys ,

I have created a custom module and on Roles>> UI personalization >> Administration >> Custom , said that my module is not available for the selected site .Please contact global administrator to enable it.

go to module and define permission like in the documentation. Where permissions is defined, select read - click edit. Click roles tab. Select site in the top right corner. Now you can see roles available per site. Select Editors.
