Creating a new site - staging from DEV to QA

Trying to create a new additional site which is using a new culture not found on any other site. Able to create using wizard in DEV OK but when trying to push this through to QA, receive a message stating 'SyncServer.ServerError: Exception occurred: This page can not be synchronized because 'th-TH' culture is not assigned to the target site.' The site therefore doesn't get created on QA.

Any ideas on how to resolve?

Did you make sure you synced up the culture code changes before trying to sync a page?

You can export the new site from DEV and import it into QA to make sure its created, then syncing should work just fine after.

I am currently just trying to push the root through.

Tried export and import method but same message.
