Create Resource (Localization) Strings via the API

Is there a way to create resource (localization) strings via the kentico 9 api?

I just found information to retrieve kentico localization strings via the reshelper, but there is no method to create new ones.

It's CMS.Localization.ResourceStringInfo and its Insert() method.
