Hi dhananja,

From the sounds of things, the site is not able load some of the DLLs. Things I would check:

  • You may be missing some DLLs in your installation. Have you verified these are deployed on your server?
  • Has there been any change to your web.config?
  • Perhaps there is something on the server level that is affecting the performance / functionality of the site. Has there been any changes on the server?
  • Are the IIS correct? .NET Framework? Permissions?

Hopefully, it's one of those that you can resolve easily.
