Content Subscription feature licensing

Is the Content Subscription feature using the content subscription web part included in Kentico CMS Ultimate or only in Kentico EMS?
I can't find any information on https://www.kentico.com/product/all-features.

I always have trouble finding the feature matrix back, but here you can see what's available per version in Kentico 10:

Notifications can be used in Ultimate (and EMS) license version.
