Kentico version: 8.2 no hotfix
We are using check-in/out when editing content in our Kentico instance. If we check in with a comment, the content changes are not saved. There is no warning; the content changes are just lost. There is an alert that says that the page is checked in.
Of course, we can avoid this problem by saving first, but checking in without comment will save the changes, so there is some expectation that the check in with comment should do the same.
Is there some configuration or hotfix that can fix the issue?
This was fixed in Hotfix 24 for 8.2:
