Cannot track countries visitors

I have checked the setting key: On-line marketing > Web analytics > Visitors > Track countries.

But i don't see any report about country visitors.

How can i fix it?

Hi!

Check the following settings as well:

  1. On-line Marketing > Enable on-line marketing (should be enabled)
  2. On-line Marketing > Web analytics > Enable web analytics (should be enabled)
  3. On-line Marketing > Contact Management > Geolocation > Enable contact geolocation by IP (should be enabled)

Also, check that MaxMind is configured following this article.
