I have a number of pages that have images that it gets via page attachments. The images don't load on the site.
Page Attachments
When I click the name on the page attachment tab a page loads with the error The image "foo" cannot be displayed because it contains errors. However when I click to edit the image the image loads properly. Also, when I go to System > Files > Attachments and open the image it loads with no errors. I tried uploaded new images as page attachments and they exhibit this same behavior. I recently upgraded from v8.2 - v11.
