Adding audio clip to page

I'm trying to add an mpv3 audio clip to a page and it's not working. From the Form tab I'm using the Insert/Edit media tab and when I do and look at it the only thing I'm seeing is the html text:

to be clear, I see the code on in the browser both from Preview and after saving and publishing the page.

Hello,

How are you displaying this field on page template ? Check the Disable macros, Resolve dynamic controls properties on the web part.

Hi Dawid, thanks for your response. I'm not a developer so bear with me.

This is an article template in our instance. The only way I have to add content is on the form tab. The only options under design, where I might access the web part configurations, are image web parts that don't affect the zone I'm working in.

So under Form, I'm working in the Article Text box and there I don't see any way to address the web part config you mentioned in your response.
