Add scroll animation to Anchor links within page

Hi,

I have two anchor links in my page. One goes from top to bottom and other anchor is from bottom to top. When I click on anchor link it directly shows the section without any effect/animation.

Is it possible to show some animation/effect of scrolling. 2 .Also my Sticky page header overlaps with header of the section. Can it be scrolled bit less?

Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

You can use jQuery for the animation and the offset() property to deal with the overlap. It is not specific to Kentico unless you are getting some errors?
