Add Custom Fields Tab to Media Selector Window

In the media gallery there is the tab Image Text

Is there a way to get this also in the media selector? Image Text

Thanks Brian, I have that already (see first image) but I'm trying to get that tab active in the media selection dialog. I was hoping wouldn't have to edit the HTMLMediaProperties.ascx page as we try not to make any changes to the Kentico system.

Sorry I don't see an actual field in there (in the first image). There is no automatic way to change that system dialog. You would have to edit the files to get that in there, and like you said its not a great solution because of future upgrades.
