Synchronization failed
Hello,

When I try to run the sync jobs in staging (v6) I get the following error.

Synchronization server error: Exception occurred: SyncHelper.ServerError: Document node not found, please synchronize the document node first.

Please help.

Hello,

Could you please try to synchronize the whole sub-tree, not only one document underneath it? Try also to delete the parent document on the target server and synchronize again. If there are some old synchronization tasks, try to delete them and re-synchronize the sub-tree. Please backup everything at first.
