Smart Search for Content Inside Text web parts

Is it possible to configure smart search to search content that has been entered into page content fields of Editable Text webparts? My current understanding of smart search is that it indexes content available in the form fields of document types. Unfortunately, 90% of the content in my website is entered into various editable text web parts from the "Page" view of the CMS. If it's not possible to configure/tweak smart search to do this, what other options do I have? Would I be able to create a custom sql search provider to help with this functionality? Are there other webparts I should look at using?


Kentico Support	kentico_jurajo - 3/10/2011 11:32:57 PM RE:Smart Search for Content Inside Text web parts Hi, content of editable text web part is automatically indexed since it is a part of content (exactly it is DocumentContent field in CMS_Document table). You do not need to setup anything special - just allow the document to be indexed. Best regards, Juraj Ondrus

Certified Developer v6	pangkalizer - 5/19/2011 11:58:56 PM RE:Smart Search for Content Inside Text web parts Hi I noticed that my custom document types are being searched but I cant get the highlighted "searched content" to display... the content I'm expecting is inside a document field populated using Form tab (not Page) .. any suggestion on how to display this contents?
