We're using version 7. Before today setting the linked file on a Javascript webpart worked just fine. Now selecting a file from the ~CMSScripts/Custom folder returns a File doesn't exist. error when clicking the Select button at the bottom of the dialog box after selecting the file. I have verified that the file exists in the folder on the server. There have been no changes made to the installation between the time it was working and today.
