I am not really sure what you are trying to do. In your previous ticket you wanted to place CMSEditableImage web part on the live site. This cannot be done. You can only create widget zone which can be used to enable page editors to add widgets which are very similar to web parts. Widget zones can be set through Web part zone properties -> Widget zone type -> Customization by page editor.

If you want to add EditableImage web part to a form, then it is not possible. However, you can add a field to a form with Attribute type Text and Form control Image selection and select image to be submitted to a form in this field.
